Kier needed better traction letting a building which they had demolished and rebuilt. All but one floor remained empty for the first year after completion. A WiredScore report was carried out which scored the property below certification.  Though beautifully designed, integrated and resilient data comms had been completely overlooked. Meanwhile a new adjacent building belonging to another developer was boasting gold WiredScore certification.

Kier engaged Inifi to provide both WiFi and building management connectivity, day one plug-and-play connectivity for tenants, and to carry out a number of infrastructure modifications. We provided a diverse duct into the building, with diverse carriers, to offer resilient connectivity to tenants and achieve the desired platinum WiredScore rating. In turn our work helped Kier achieve their end-goal of letting the remaining empty floors in the building.
