Devonshire House, Mayfair

Inifi were tasked by the landlord to get a number of prime multi-tenanted office buildings to WiredScore platinum status, alongside other improvements including day one connectivity. We have now achieved platinum rating on  six London properties for this landlord.

 

Devonshire house encompasses and sits proudly above Green Park station, between Piccadilly and Berkley square. The landlord understood the importance of - and insisted on - providing the very best for their tenants. But heritage properties can present challenges. For example, we had to create space in the risers for future telecoms services, as well as provide resilience via fixed wireless connectivity. The platinum WiredScore rating was the culmination of two years hard work by the inifi team, with the tenants of  this building now enjoying first class internet options.
